A really good new book about dealing with differences
Greg Nees’ Connecting Hearts and Minds: Insights, Skills, and Best Practices for Dealing with Differences is exactly what it says it is. It is the most readable and comprehensive guide I’ve seen for dealing with many different kinds of difference – culture, gender, cognitive style, personality, history, values, the stories we tell ourselves…
That’s the start of my review of Nees’ book, which I’ve posted on Amazon. Check it out for a rich taste of what this mentor of full-spectrum diversity sees and shares.
Connecting Hearts and Minds is a detailed and very substantive companion to the explorations of diversity I’ve undertaken as part of my co-intelligence research.
Enjoy!
Coheartedly,
Tom
